I Make Flair Named 2022 Spark Award Finalist

Cincinnati, OH. (Sept. 20, 2022) — BBB has announced the winners and finalists of the 2022 Spark Awards, a program that recognizes the most ethical new businesses and character-driven young entrepreneurs in Greater Cincinnati. I Make Flair was one of twelve local businesses distinguished as finalists this year.

“It’s an honor to celebrate I Make Flair as one of the businesses and entrepreneurs already making such a remarkable impact on our community,” said Jocile Ehrlich, president and CEO of BBB. “BBB is proud to recognize this next generation of leaders transforming Greater Cincinnati into a nationally-recognized hub of character-driven talent and innovation.”

“Founded in 2020, but alive in spirit for over 40 years - I Make Flair strives to be as inclusive, supportive, and welcoming as possible. It's our mission to always evolve in finding creative ways for people to feel represented, showcased, and heard while doing their part to give back to the community. We’re proud to serve Cincinnati (and beyond) with an ever-growing list of product offerings that includes stickers, buttons, and other novelties in an effort to encourage everyone to Express Yourself!”

I Make Flair was excited to be recognized as a Spark Award Finalist. “It’s an absolute honor to be recognized by the BBB,” said Craig Reiff, owner of the business. “We’re in excellent company with the other small businesses recognized by this prestigious acknowledgment.”

The BBB Spark Awards was established in 2019 to recognize the small businesses, startups and young professionals revitalizing the local business community. To be eligible, a business must have been established within the last three years or be run by an entrepreneur 35 years old or younger. Qualified applicants go through a written process of self-evaluation before a panel of judges. The judges name winners and finalists based on their dedication to ethics. The 2022 Spark Award Finalists were distinguished for their character-driven operations, exceptional workplace cultures and dedication to the community.

The winners and finalists of the Spark Awards will be honored at the upcoming Torch Awards for Ethics event on Thursday, Sept. 29, at The View at Mt. Adams. The winners of the Torch Awards and the recipients of the Thomas J. Klinedinst, Jr. Students of Integrity Scholarship will also be celebrated at the event.
