Choose what works for you. You’ll approve a proof before anything prints.
Exporting from Canva, Affinity, Procreate or another app?
The rule for every app: export a PDF at 300 DPI, actual size, with fonts embedded or outlined. Include 1/8" bleed and crop marks if your app offers them. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works too.
- Canva — Share → Download → PDF Print, tick Crop marks and bleed.
- Affinity — File → Export → PDF (print), include bleed.
- Procreate — Share → PDF (set canvas to 300 DPI before you start).
- Illustrator / InDesign — Save as PDF/X-1a with bleed and marks.
- Photoshop — Flatten, then Save as PDF at 300 DPI.
- Figma — Export frame as PDF, or PNG at 3×.
Then choose Upload Artwork above. We check every file and you approve a proof before anything prints.
Custom Pinback Buttons
Create custom pinback buttons using your original artwork, logo, photo, or design. Buttons can be attached to hats, jackets, backpacks, tote bags, shirts, fabric displays, and other items suitable for a pinback.
Important Ordering Information

Each order is for one image or design.

Buttons are sold in quantities listed - if you have a custom order, reach out!

Your submitted image will be printed exactly as provided.

Artwork editing, including adding text, logos, or other elements, is not included.

A digital proof will be sent for approval before production begins.

If you submit revised artwork after receiving your proof, please allow one additional business day per revision.

High-resolution printing on premium paper

A secure pinback closure
Available sizes include 1", 1.5", 2.25", 3", and 3.5". Designs containing text are best suited for buttons measuring 1.5" or larger to help maintain readability.
Orders ship within one business day after proof approval.
Please Note
Product images are digital previews. Printed colors may vary slightly due to differences in screens, materials, and printing. Artwork may also be scaled or cropped to fit the selected button size.
Listing mockups are shown on 3" buttons unless otherwise noted. Please review the image gallery for examples of how the same design may appear at different sizes.

Returns Policy
We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, so please take a moment to review our returns policy.Please note that custom-made items cannot be returned as they are specially crafted to your specifications. For non-custom, unopened items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow us 3-5 business days to process the return. The refund will be issued after the return has been inspected and approved. It may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
Requesting a return is simple. Just log in to your account and click on the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu. From there, you can click the "Return Item(s)" button and provide us with the necessary information.

| FILE FORMAT: | Photoshop (.psd), PDF (.pdf), Illustrator (.ai or .eps), or 100% Scale 300dpi CMYK JPG (.jpg). Please include the highest resolution version of your original art as possible. Screenshots and images taken from social media or search engines do not meet this criteria. |
| FONTS: | All fonts should be embedded or converted to outlines/curves. If you are using third party or free fonts found on the internet it is best to embed these fonts. Some programs like Adobe Illustrator have the ability to convert the fonts to outlines / curves which is essentially the same as embedding the fonts. By embedding fonts you will ensure when we receive your file all fonts look the same on our end as they do on yours. |
| COLORS | For the best color reproduction design your file MUST be in CMYK. CMYK is the recommended color space and the native printing colors of our printers. Many programs have a default color space of RGB, which is the color space of computer monitors. If you send us a file that is RGB you will see a noticeable difference between the colors of the file you send and the final product. Since we are a digital printer and do not use inks we are unable to accommodate those looking to reproduce specific spot / Pantone colors. When a RGB file is printed in CMYK, many neon or bright colors cannot be reproduced so these colors will appear darker on the final product. For the best color reproduction design your file in CMYK. |
| SETUP / BLEED | If possible, please include a minimum of 0.25” Bleed, or 0.125” on all four sides. For cut lines, please use pure Magenta as a SPOT color. For kiss cut lines, please use pure Cyan as a SPOT color |
