Please note that custom-made items cannot be returned as they are specially crafted to your specifications. For non-custom, unopened items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow us 3-5 business days to process the return. The refund will be issued after the return has been inspected and approved. It may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
Requesting a return is simple. Just log in to your account and click on the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu. From there, you can click the "Return Item(s)" button and provide us with the necessary information.
